We, Freeland values most the online order’s from our honorable customer’s. We want to make sure your order’s is/are safe and secured by the terms of your demands and ensure you the fastest possible delivery into your door step. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a notification from our customer service department and if any misinformation arrives, our hotline member will reach you for the fastest delivery on course.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME: BANGLADESH

INSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by maximum 3 working days into your hand. But mostly, we make sure to get it by 48 hours.

OUTSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by 5 working days into your hand. But mostly, we make sure to get it by 3 full working days.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

1. INSIDE DHAKA:
   For Summer wear, 1 or 2 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.60 and for 3 or 4 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.110 inside Dhaka.

2. For Winter wear, 1 or 2 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.80 and for 3 or 4 pieces product’s will be charged by Tk.150.

3. OUTSIDE DHAKA:
   For Summer wear, 1 or 2 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.110 and for 3 or 4 pieces product’s will be charged by Tk.160 inside Dhaka.

4. For Winter wear, 1 or 2 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.110 and for 3 or 4 piece’s product’s will be charged by Tk.220

DELIVERY METHOD:
We are working with the well reputed Delivery Company’s in Bangladesh.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME: INTERNATIONAL

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by 7 working days into your hand. But mostly, we make sure to get it by 5 full working days. 

For our International buyer’s, the honorable customer has to place the order with a absolute mailing address for perfect delivery after being paid successfully to Freeland account by Visa Card or Master Card or AmEx Card of debit or credit. If any wrongdoing arise by customer’s fault (; as per order details record kept on both sides), the customer has to pay the both way delivery charges. But if any mistakes taken by Freeland customer care, Freeland will pay the both way charges. No Refund or Exchange for Discounted Product.

DELIVERY METHOD:
The international delivery will be borne by DHL or FedEx.

Cash on delivery option is applicable on paid orders only.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
For International Buyer’s, the delivery charges will be borne by honorable customer’s end as per DHL and FedEx charges of Terms & Conditions.
